患者对护士执业能力期望的调查

The patients' expectations on nurses' professional competence

目的了解患者对护士执业能力的需求程度,为护士能力培训要素提供依据。方法采用自行设计的问卷,对351例患者进行抽样调查。内容包括:1患者基本资料;2护士能力要素:交流、技术、评估、评判性思维4个维度。结果患者认为12个子项目中护士执业能力的重要程度依次为:沟通能力296例次(84.57%),关爱能力287例次(82%),病情观察能力283例次(80.86%),实际操作技术268例次(76.57%)等;交流、技术、评估、评判性思维4个维度,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论患者认为护士执业能力重要程度依次为:沟通能力,关爱能力,病情观察能力,实际操作技术等;来自城市患者对护士交流能力和评判性思维能力的要求均高于农村,随着年龄的提升,对护士的交流能力要求也依次提高,农民对护理技术的要求较高。

Objective To investigate the demand of patients for the nurse＇s practice ability,and to provide reference for the training factor of nurses capacity.Methods Totally 351 patients were investigated with a self-designed questionnaire about patients＇ demographic data,expectations on nurses＇ professional competence,including communication skills,technology,assessment skills and critical thinking.Results The importance of nurses＇ professional competence rated by patients were ranked as communication skills（84.57％）,caring ability（82％）,observation ability （80.86％） and practical techniques（76.57％）.There were significant differences in the importance of the above four dimensions（F=53.88,P＜0.05）.Conclusion Nurses＇ communication skills,caring ability,observation ability and practical techniques are important professional competence rated by patients.The patients from urban areas rate higher expectations on nurses＇ communication skills and critical thinking than patients from rural areas,while patients from rural areas rate higher expectations on nurses＇ technology.
