9例进行性核上性麻痹患者的护理 被引量：7

Nursing care of 9 patients with progressive supranuclear palsy

摘要 对9例进行性核上性麻痹(progressive supranuclear palsy,PSP)患者的临床表现进行观察评估,结合患者的临床表现和发病机制,在跌倒防护、构音障碍、吞咽障碍、排尿功能障碍、认知障碍、心理护理等6个方面进行护理方法和经验的总结。同时,与患者及家属进行及时有效的沟通,使其了解护理的重要性,掌握看护知识和方法,可以改善PSP患者病情、延长生存期,并提高患者的生存质量。
