Measurement and analysis of agricultural science and technology progress rate during the “eleventh five-year plan ”of Henan Province

运用C-D函数模型测定"十一五"期间河南省各市农业科技进步率,并判断河南省农业生产结构目前仍处于由粗放型到集约型转变的阶段,应进一步加强农业科技投入,促进农业生产结构的转变.

This paper uses C - D function model for the determination of agricultural science and tech- nology progress rate during the ＂1 lth five-year plan＂ of Henan province, and judgment of Henan agri- cultural production structure which is still changing from extensive to intensive transition stage. We should further strengthen agricultural science and technology investment to promote the transformation of agricultural production structure.
