消肿化瘀汤治疗高血压性脑出血疗效观察

Observation of Therapeutic Effect on Hypertensive Cerebral Hemorrhage Treated by Xiaozhong Huayu Decoction

目的:观察消肿化瘀汤治疗高血压性脑出血的效果。方法:54例随机分为两组各27例,两组均用常规治疗,观察组加用消肿化瘀汤治疗。结果:观察组CSS与ADL评分好于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。总有效率观察组96.30%、对照组84.48%,两组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:消肿化瘀汤能改善临床症状和神经缺损。

Objective： To observe the effect of Xiaozhong Huayu Decoction in treating hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Method： 54 cases were divided into two groups, 27 cases in one group. Both groups were treated with conventional therapy. The CSS and ADL score o f observation group was superior to that of the control group（P〈0.05, P〈0.01）. The total effective rate was 96.30% in the observation group and 85.48% in the control group with significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Xiaozhong Huayu Decoction could improve the clinical sympton and nerve defect.
