扶正祛瘀解毒汤联合拉米夫定治疗慢性乙型肝炎临床研究

目的:观察扶正祛瘀解毒汤联合拉米夫定治疗慢性乙型肝炎的临床疗效。方法:50例随机分为治疗组25例和对照组25例。治疗组服用扶正祛瘀解毒汤联合拉米夫定,对照组服用拉米夫定,两组均治疗24周后观察临床疗效。结果:两组治疗后丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)水平均较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05),治疗组较对照组更明显(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后ALT复常率和HBV-DNA阴转率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组HBeAg阴转率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:扶正祛瘀解毒汤联合拉米夫定治疗慢性乙型肝炎能明显改善肝功能,提高ALT复常率和HBV-DNA阴转率,有较好的临床疗效。

Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of Fuzheng Quyu Jiedu Decoction combined with lamivudine （LAM） in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B（CHB）.Method：50 patients were randomly divided into two groups.25 patients in treatment group were treated with Fuzheng Quyu Jiedu Decoction in combination with LAM,while the control group of 25 cases was given LAM alone.The therapeutic effect was observed after 24-week treatment.Results：serum alanine aminotransferase （ALT） and aspartate transaminase（AST） levels declined significantly in two groups,significantly lower than pretreatment values（P〈0.05）.The decline in serum ALT and AST levels was more significant in the treatment group than in the control group （P〈0.05）.ALT normalization rate and HBV DNA negative response rate were significantly higher in the treatment group than in the control group（P〈0.05）.HBeAg negative conversion rates were no statistical difference between the two groups（P＆gt;0.05）. Conclusion：Fuzheng Quyu Jiedu Decoction combined with LAM in treatment of CHB can improve the liver function,increase ALT normalization rate and HBV DNA negative response rate.It has better clinical curative effect to CHB.
