摘要 ACE2/Ang-(1-7)是调节血压及神经细胞功能的关键信号途径。ACE2/Ang-(1-7)信号异常可上调脑炎症因子表达、促使神经细胞功能紊乱使血压增高及抑郁症的发生。特异性的ACE2/Ang-(1-7)信号调节剂将为高血压伴抑郁症的防治提供新的策略。本文就ACE2/Ang-(1-7)信号在高血压伴发抑郁症中的作用研究进展作一介绍。 The ACE2/Ang-(1-7) signaling participates in the regulation of blood pressure and nerve cell function.Abnormalities in the ACE2/Ang-(1-7) activity may be involved in elevated brain inflammation,brain nerve cell dysfunction and hypertension associated with mood disorders such as depression.Drugs that specifically influence the ACE2/Ang-(1-7) action may provide new strategies in the prevention and treatment of hypertension with depression through lowering the levels of brain inflammation and improving the nerve cell function.In this review,we focus on research advances in roles of the ACE2/Ang-(1-7) signaling in hypertension with depression.
