摘要
目的合成3-异硫氰酸酯氧化吲哚并用其构建一系列螺环氧化吲哚类化合物。方法以靛红为原料,经过4步合成3-异硫氰酸酯氧化吲哚,并通过其与C=O,C=N,C=C双键的加成环化反应,合成一系列螺环氧化吲哚类化合物。结果经过4步反应,以高达51%的总收率得到3-异硫氰酸酯氧化吲哚,而用其构建螺环吲哚的收率高达90%~99%。结论利用3-异硫氰酸酯基氧化吲哚可构建多种螺环氧化吲哚类化合物。
Objective Synthesis of 3-isothiocyanato oxindole and its application in construction of spirooxindoles.Methods Synthesis of 3-isothiocyanato oxindole via four steps with isatin as starting material and further construction of spirooxindoles by the addition/cyclization reactions of 3-isothiocyanato oxindole with C = O,C =N,C = C double bonds.Results 3-isothiocyanato oxindole was obtained via four steps reactions in 51 % yield and a series of spirooxindoles were obtained in up to 90%-99 % yields.Conclusion Designing and synthesizing 3-isothiocyanato oxindole and a series of spirooxindoles were structured by 3-isothiocyanato oxindole.
