3-异硫氰酸酯氧化吲哚的合成及其在构建螺环氧化吲哚类化合物中的应用

摘要 目的合成3-异硫氰酸酯氧化吲哚并用其构建一系列螺环氧化吲哚类化合物。方法以靛红为原料,经过4步合成3-异硫氰酸酯氧化吲哚,并通过其与C=O,C=N,C=C双键的加成环化反应,合成一系列螺环氧化吲哚类化合物。结果经过4步反应,以高达51%的总收率得到3-异硫氰酸酯氧化吲哚,而用其构建螺环吲哚的收率高达90%~99%。结论利用3-异硫氰酸酯基氧化吲哚可构建多种螺环氧化吲哚类化合物。 Objective Synthesis of 3-isothiocyanato oxindole and its application in construction of spirooxindoles.Methods Synthesis of 3-isothiocyanato oxindole via four steps with isatin as starting material and further construction of spirooxindoles by the addition/cyclization reactions of 3-isothiocyanato oxindole with C = O,C =N,C = C double bonds.Results 3-isothiocyanato oxindole was obtained via four steps reactions in 51 % yield and a series of spirooxindoles were obtained in up to 90%-99 % yields.Conclusion Designing and synthesizing 3-isothiocyanato oxindole and a series of spirooxindoles were structured by 3-isothiocyanato oxindole.
