急倾斜煤层巷道放顶煤开采合理区段煤柱高度的研究

摘要 针对急倾斜煤层巷道放顶煤采煤时区段煤柱高度的留设困难问题,建立了顶煤垮落后的采场力学模型,采用理论分析和数值模拟相结合,分析了顶板压力分布规律提出了顶板挠曲线方程.研究表明:保护煤柱的作用主要是缓冲采空区大块煤矸的冲击,高度应在1~2 m左右;数值模拟结果显示煤柱高度为2.0 m时,下区段上巷位于工作面采动应力降低区,在此位置布置巷道时,巷道围岩应力较小,利于巷道的支护和维护. To solve the height setting problem of sectional coal pillar in top coal mining of steep seams, mechanical model after roof collapsing was established. Theoretical analysis and numerical simulation were combined to study the roof stress distribution and to propose the equation of deflection curve for the roof. The results showed that: the main function of coal pillar protection (1-2 meters high) was to buffer the impact of big gangues in the mined-out areas. The simulation showed that when the pillar was 2.0 meters high, if the upper roadway in the lower section was located in the stress-relaxed area on the working face, the surrounding rock stress was low, which would be beneficial to the roadway support and maintenance.
