摘要
针对MG650/1605-WD型电牵引滚筒采煤机托缆装置使用中存在的弯曲半径小,造成电缆损坏问题进行分析,并按电缆最小弯曲半径对拖缆装置进行设计。新型的拖缆装置采用扁平梨形设计,使得电缆、水管在实际拖动过程中满足电缆最小弯曲半径要求,电缆可按自身需要随采煤机体旋转移动,避免了电缆损坏,延长了电缆使用寿命,提高了生产效率,保证了正常生产。
The cable device of MG650/1605-WD electric-traction drum shearer has small bending radius, which could cause cable damage. The paper analyzed the damage and redesigned the cable device according to the minimum bending radius of the cable. The new cable device adopted the flat pear shape design which could make cable and water pipe satisfy the minimum radius in the actual traction process. In addition, the cable could rotate and move with the shearer, which could avoid cable damage, extend its service life, increase production efficiency, and guarantee normal production.
