我国煤炭物流园区运营管理模式研究

Operation and Management Mode of Coal Integrative Logistics Park in China

我国煤炭产地与消费地形成西部大量生产,而经济发达的东部主消费的可观要求,煤炭物流园区建设起到举足轻重的作用,在西部煤炭主产区与铁路装运站的结合部、主消费区集中地、海运港口、陆路口岸、内河码头等地建设诸多的煤炭物流园区。其运营模式、管理模及盈利模式成为园区建设研究重要课题,环保因素对煤炭物流园区运营提出了新要求。

Origin place of coal is in the west part of China with mass coal production, while huge consumption occurs in the developed east part. The location difference makes the construction of coal logistics park important. Many coal logistics parks have been built in the junction of coal main producing areas in the west and shipment of railways, main consumption centers, shipment ports, land ports, and inland docks. Operation, management, and profit mode of the parks have become important research problems. Besides, environmental conservation proposes new requirements for the operation and management of the coal logistics parks.
