自拟益心汤治疗小儿病毒性心肌炎疗效及对心肌酶的影响研究

Study on the curative effect of Yixin Decoction in the treatment of children with viral myocarditis and the influence on myocardial enzymes

目的:研究自拟益心汤治疗小儿病毒性心肌炎的临床疗效以及对心肌酶的影响。方法:选择自2011年9月至2013年3月期间来我院接受治疗的68例小儿病毒性心肌炎患儿作为研究对象,将所有患儿按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各34例。对照组患儿给予维生素C、营养心肌等一般治疗,观察组给予自拟益心汤治疗,2周为1个疗程,连续治疗3个疗程后观察并比较2组临床有效率和心肌酶水平的变化情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率97.06%明显高于对照组的85.29%,,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组在治疗后心肌酶水平均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),且观察组较对照组降低明显(P<0.05)。结论:益心汤治疗小儿病毒性心肌炎临床疗效显著,可显著改善患儿的心肌酶水平,值得在临床推广应用。

Objective： To study the efficacy of Yixin decoction in treatment of children with viral myocarditis and the impact on enzymes. Methods： 68 children with viral myocarditis in our hospital from September 2011 to March 2013 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,and 34 cases were in each group. Among them,the control group was given vitamin C and nutrition cardiac and other general for treatment while the observation group was given Yixin decoction for treatment. Two weeks were for a course,and the patients were treated for 3 consecutive months. After the treatment,the clinical efficiency and changes in enzyme levels were compared between the two groups were compared.Results： The total effective rate of the observation group was 97. 06% significantly higher than 85. 29% of the control group,the two groups was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）; the enzyme levels after treatment were significantly lower than before（ P〈0. 05）,and the observation group were significantly lower than the control group（ P〈0. 05）.Conclusion： Yixin decoction in treatment of children with viral myocarditis has significant effects,and it can significantly improve the level of enzymes,and it is worth to be applied in clinic.
