A Survey on Pressing-Feeling Responses of 58 Acupoints in 665 Cases

目的：了解腧穴压-感反应的表现形式、构成、特点。方法：基于腧穴压-感反应程度判定标准和口述描绘评分法,对58个常用腧穴进行按诊调查。结果：腧穴压-感反应主要有疼痛、单纯酸胀、舒服和麻4类,疼痛占81.18%,其中单纯痛占49.54%,几种反应形式可兼见,各形式的反应程度可分为2~4级,女性压-感反应的总发生率、疼痛发生率、单纯痛发生率均高于男性。结论：压-感反应至少有4类基本形式,其发生率存在性别差异。

Objective： To learn about the forms,the composition and the characteristics of pressing-feeling response（ PFR） of acupoints. Methods： To make palpation surveys of the 58 acupoints,which are based on the extent judgment standard of PFR and verbal rating scales（ VRS）. Results： There are mainly four types of PFR： pain,sour and distension,comfortableness,tingling,and pain accounts for 81.18%,simple pain accounts for 49.54% of the previous pain. Two or even three response forms appear together sometimes. The extent of responses can be divided into 2 ~ 4 levels. The overall incidences of PFR,pain and simple pain of female acupoints are higher than those of men. Conclusion： There are at least four types of basic forms of PFR,and the incidence of sex differences exists.
