《孙子兵法》中"将备五德"强调用将重"五德",即智、信、仁、勇、严也。若以古鉴今,以之作为高校辅导员素质提升的准则,将有助于为辅导员培养提供理论依据,对人才培养事业具有重要的借鉴和启迪意义。

＂The leader’s five necessary virtues＂emphasizes the importance of the five virtues,which are wisdom,credibility,benevolence,courage,and strictness in Sun Tzu on The Art of War. Taking history as a mirror,it can be the norms to improve the quality of college counselors. Thus it will offer the theory basis to improve the quality of the college counselors and have significant meaning on talents training.
