循环农业具有生态化、科技化、产业化、精确化、循环化的特点,生态循环与能量流动原理、成本—收益理论是循环农业"循环链"构造的理论基础。近些年我国循环农业借助科技力量得到迅速发展,出现了秸秆利用、生态观光、水陆依托等发展循环农业的典型案例。但仍然存在农业链条较短、生态意识不够、经营过于分散等诸多问题。我国发展循环农业还需要加大科研投入力度、强调生态内涵、普及循环技术培训、深化资源循环利用力度、加大财政补贴力度。

Circular agriculture has the characteristics of ecology,science and technology,industrialization,high-precision and cycle.Ecological cycle,energy flow and cost-benefit are the theoretical foundation of the development of circular agriculture.Chinese circular agriculture has developed rapidly in recent years,so many successful cases appear such as the straw utilization of circular agriculture,the cycle of ecological sightseeing agriculture,and the circulation of the land and water based on agriculture.However,there are lots of problems in the construction of circular agriculture in our country,which include shorter agricultural chain,insufficient ecological awareness and the scattered management.In order to develop circular agriculture,it is necessary to enhance investment in scientific research,to emphasize the ecological connotation,to enlarge popularization of circulation technology training,to deepen the recycling of the resources and to increase the intensity of fiscal subsidies.
