近距空爆下复合抗爆舱壁变形破坏模式试验研究 被引量:14

摘要 为探讨反舰武器战斗部近爆对舰艇结构的毁伤效应,进行了铸装TNT炸药近距爆炸下复合抗爆舱壁结构的抗爆性能模型试验研究,分析了不同爆距条件下结构的变形及破坏模式,探讨了影响复合抗爆舱壁结构毁伤性能的因素。结果表明:近距空爆载荷作用下夹芯式复合抗爆舱壁前、后面板主要通过塑性变形和边界撕裂吸收冲击波能;爆距较远时前、后面板发生大变形和前面板的边界撕裂,随着爆距减小变形程度增加同时后面板产生边界撕裂,爆距较近时前面板产生冲塞破口;复合抗弹层对冲击波能量吸收作用不明显,对变形协调性能起到重要的作用,适当增加复合抗爆舱壁夹芯层尺寸和质量有利于其整体抗爆性能的提高。 In order to study the damage effect of near distance blast of an anti-warship missile warhead on the structure destruction of a warship,the model tests for blast-resistant performance of a bulkhead were conducted under near distance explosion.Its deformation and destruction modes were analyzed under different blast distances,and the factors affecting its blast-resistant performance were explored.The results showed that the front plate and rear one of a sandwich composite bulkhead absorb impact wave energy through plastic deformation and boundary tearing; if the blast distance is farther,both the front and rear plates have large deformation and the front plate has boundary tearing,the deformation level rises and the rear one also has boundary tearing with decrease in blast distance ; the absorption of impaet wave energy of the composite anti-warhead layer is not obvious but it is important to deformation compatibility ; Appropriately increasing the size and mass of the sandwith core layer of the bulkhead is helpful for rising its total anti-blast performance.
