荆江航道整治施工管理策略研究

荆江航道整治工程量大、作业水域范围广、周期长、施工船舶多,同时需兼顾港口和航道正常营运,施工期间风险大,如何制定科学合理的施工管理模式和策略是荆江航道整治工程建设急需解决的关键问题之一。论文选取枝城至大埠街段为研究对象,从施工工艺流程和特点出发,在分析施工期风险的基础上,从施工方案与布局、项目管理、施工船管理、人员管理、预警与应急等方面提出了施工期的安全管理策略和措施。

Large scale, large works limit, long-term and so many engineering ships are the characteristics of the con- struction of channel improvement, and it should also consider the operation of the port and channel, so the risk of its con- struction period is very high. How to make a scientific and reasonable construction management mode is becoming one of tile key problems of the constnlction of channel improvement in Jingjiang river. The paper introduced the process flow and characteristics of the construction, analyzed the risk during construction period, and constructed the construction management strategy from construction plan and layout, project management, ship management, personnel management and emergency management.
