摘要
利用谐波平衡法中谐波分量的特征分析双碰摩故障转子系统的动力学特性,以碰摩故障转子系统响应的谐波分量与无故障转子系统频率响应函数矩阵中对应元素成比例为依据,利用原无故障转子系统和发生双碰摩故障后的转子系统三点响应中任意一阶谐波分量之差,提出了双碰摩故障转子系统碰摩位置的定量诊断方法。通过碰摩故障前后转子三个测点的振动响应数据就可以分别确定双碰摩故障转子系统的两个碰摩位置,并采用数值模拟仿真实验验证了方法的正确性和可行性。
Dynamic features of a rotor system with double rubbing faults were analyzed with harmonic component characteristic in the harmonic balance method.The method for quantitatively diagnosing double rubbing fault locations in a rotor system was proposed based on the fact that the harmonic component of the rubbing fault responses of a rotor system is proportional to the corresponding element in the frequency response function matrix of the original fault-free rotor system and using the difference between the any order harmonic component.The double rubbing fault locations in a rotor system with double rubbing faults were identified with its three nodes vibration responses data before and after two rubbing faults happened,respectively.The correctness and feasibility of the method were verified with numerical simulations.
