牛奶中抗生素残留检测筛选方法

摘要 采用双流向酶联免疫试剂盒方法和采用乳成份快速检测分析仪及双流向酶联免疫试剂盒联合使用的方法,对辖区内的生鲜乳品中抗生素残留进行检测分析,共抽检80份样本。检测结果表明,利用乳成份快速检测分析仪初步筛选,共检出8份阳性样本,检出率为45%,能提高抗生素残留检测的准确性,可以大大的降低成本,提高检出率。
