浙江省蓄电池产业标准化现状及推进对策

Standardization status and advancing countermeasures of storage battery industry in Zhejiang province

近年来,蓄电池产业不断引发的铅污染事件,使该产业面临着巨大的发展压力,制约其发展。浙江省铅蓄电池产业成为全国颇有影响的特色产业,但其产业标准化现状仍不太乐观,表现为产业升级进程比较缓慢、标准体系不完备、标准话语权地位低下等。应从加强标准化技术组织建设、提高标准研制水平、实施产业准入门槛和条件等角度实施对策,促进该产业转型升级。

In recent years, storage battery industry constantly lead pollution events. So that the industry is facing tremendous development pressure, which restricts its development. The storage battery industry in Zhejiang province has become an influential national characteristic industry. But its situation about the industry standardization is still not optimistic, such as that industrial upgrading process is relatively slow, the standard system is not complete, standard voice is in low status and so on. We should implement strategy from the aspects of strengthening the construction of standardization technology organizations, raising the level of standard, carrying out the industry access threshold and conditions,to promote the transformation and upgrading of the torage battery industry.
