摘要
目的建立高效液相色谱法测定土霉素片的含量。方法采用Diamonsil C18（2）5μm 250×4.6mm色谱柱,流动相为0.01 mol/L磷酸二氢钠溶液-乙腈=81∶19（用磷酸调pH为2.0）,流速0.8 mL/min,检测波长353 nm,柱温30℃。结果土霉素片在浓度5~30μg/mL内与峰面积具有良好的线性关系,平均回收率为99.5%,RSD=1.3%。结论该方法简便、快速、准确。
Objective To establish an HPLC method for determining the content of oxytetracycline tablets.Methods The Diamonsil C18（ 2）（ 250 × 4. 6 mm,5 μm） column was used. The mobile phase was 0. 01 mol /L ammonium di-hydrogen phosphate solution- acetonitrile（ 81： 19）（ adjust to pH 2. 0 with phosphoric acid）. The flow rate was0. 8 mL /min and the detective wavelength was at 353 nm. The column temperature was 30 ℃. Results Oxytetracycline had a good linear relation in the range of 5 - 30μg /mL and the average recovery was 99. 5%（ RSD = 1. 3%）. Conclusion The method is accurate,simple and convenient.
