茵栀黄口服液和培菲康散剂佐治新生儿病理性黄疸疗效观察

Efficacy of Yinzhi huang oral liquid combined with bifico powder in treatment of neonatal pathological jaundice

目的观察茵栀黄口服液联合培菲康散剂治疗新生儿病理性黄疸的临床疗效。方法将160例患儿按照入院先后顺序分为4组,即对照组、茵栀黄口服液组、培菲康散剂组以及栀黄口服液联合培菲康散剂组(联合用药组),每组40例。比较四组患儿的临床疗效。结果联合用药组治愈率97.5%,与对照组52.5%、茵栀黄口服液组77.5%、培菲康散剂组72.5%相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合用药组治疗前后血清胆红素水平下降也显著低于其他三组(P<0.05);黄疸消退时间相对于其他三组也显著缩短(P<0.05)。结论茵栀黄口服液联合培菲康散剂治疗新生儿病理性黄疸较单独用药疗效显著,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the efficacy of Yinzhi huang oral liquid combined with bifico power on neonatal pathological jaundice. Methods 160 patients were divided into 4 groups： control group,Yinzhi huang oral liquid group bifico powder group and the Yinzhi huang oral liquid combined with bifico power group（ combination group）,40 cases in each group. The efficiency rate of the four groups were compared. Results The efficiency rate of combination group was 97. 5%,control group was 52. 5%,Yinzhi huang oral liquid group was 77. 5%,bifico powder group was 72. 5%,there were significant differences among the four groups（ P〈0. 05）. The decreased value of serum bilirubin rate of combination group had significant difference compared with the other three groups（ P〈0. 05）. The skin jaundice time was also obvious less than those of the other three groups（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The Yinzhi huang oral liquid combined with bifico power has a significant therapy efficacy on neonatal pathological jaundice and is worthy of clinical application.
