我院门急诊成人超说明书用药情况调查

Survey on off-label drug use in the adult patients in our hospital

目的探讨我院超说明书用药的情况及合理性。方法取1个月处方进行统计分析,查阅相关资料,确定超说明书用药的药品及其合理性。结果共调查处方32 216张,共有22张处方涉及超说明书用药,共计有15个药品品规。通过文献检索,涉及药品的超说明书用药在国内使用比较普遍。结论我院存在超说明书用药现象,但使用率不高,且用药都有一定的循证医学依据,不存在药品滥用现象。

Objective To investigate the situation and rationality of the off-label drugs use in our hospital.Methods A month＇s prescriptions were collected and analyzed. And the literature was searched to identify the drugs and the rationality of these uses. Results A total of 32 216 prescriptions were investigated which involved 22 off-lable prescriptions. The off-label indications mainly existed in 15 drugs. Through the literature search,these involving drug off-label used was relatively common in our country. Conclusion Although the off-label drug use exists in our hospital,its utilization rate is not high and the drug had a certain basis for evidence-based medicine. So there is no drug abuse phenomenon.
