广州地铁配线上方空间的商业开发设计探析

Case Study on Design of Commercial Space above Ancillary Routes of Guangzhou Metro

为了解决地铁配线上方空间商业开发的设计原则与思路问题,提高广州地铁服务质量,并为地铁的可持续发展提供有力支持,从广州地铁配线上方空间开发现状与发展趋势出发,探讨其在功能组织、交通组织及消防设计3个方面的设计原则与设计策略。其中,设计原则主要有:四同步原则、独立性原则和协调性原则;设计策略主要涉及各功能空间的比例关系,交通通道的宽度计算以及消防设计措施等。希望通过分析与总结,可为地铁配线上方空间的开发设计提供一定的借鉴。

In the paper,the state-of-art and trend of the development of commercial space above the ancillary routes of Guangzhou Metro are presented.The principle and concept of the design of commercial space above the ancillary routes are studied in terms of function organization,passenger organization and fire-fighting design.The author believes that the design principle mentioned above can be summarized as ＂4 synchronization＂,＂independence＂ and ＂harmony＂.The design concept mentioned above involves the ratio among all the functional spaces,the calculation of the width of the passenger ways and the fire-fighting measures.The paper can provide reference for the development of commercial space above ancillary routes of Metro works in the future.
