摘要
液晶显示器的响应时间是液晶显示器各像素点对输入信号反应的速度,即像素由暗转亮或由亮转暗所需要的时间。液晶显示器的灰阶响应时间是图像亮度从一个灰阶到另一灰阶变化所需的时间,它比传统的黑白响应时间在描述显示器性能方面更具有实际意义。通过介绍灰阶响应时间的测量原理和关键技术,对测量灰阶响应时间的测量不确定度的评定方法进行研究,并结合实例给出了灰阶响应时间测量不确定度的评定方法。
LCD' s response time is the speed of pixels response to input signal. It means the elapsed time that the pixels change from bright to dark or from dark to bright. The gray to gray response time of LCD is the elapsed time that image brightness changes from one gray level to another. It' s more significant in describing LCD' s performance than response time from dark to light. This paper researches the basic principle and key technology of measuring gray to gray response time, then introduces the evaluation method of measurement uncertainty of gray to gray response time by an example.
