漳州碧湖生态园展示馆绿色建筑设计探索

The Exploration of Green Building Design for Exhibition Hall in Zhangzhou Bihu Eco-park

漳州碧湖生态园展示馆位于漳州市碧湖生态园内,旨在打造生态园中的标志性绿色建筑。设计者本着节水、节地、节能、节材、保护环境的设计理念,引入了多项适宜的绿色建筑技术。该文通过论述项目在绿色建筑技术上取舍的思考,探讨了绿色技术适宜性的问题,提出了绿色建筑应该是合理的被动设计和适宜的绿色技术集成,而非各种高昂技术的堆砌。该项目最终获得了国家二星级绿色建筑的认证,为该地区以后类似的绿色建筑的设计,提供了参考。

The project is located in Zhangzhou Bihu Eco-park, the developers want to build a symbolic green building in Bihu Eco-park. Designers designed the building based on the idea of water-saving, land-saving, energy-saving, material-saving, environment-protection, and introduced a number of suitable green building technologies. We explain the reason about the choice of the green building technologies in this project, and discuss the problem about suitability of the green technologies. Finally, we make a conclusion that green building is the combination of rational passive green design and the suitable technologies, but not the stuffing of the expensive technologies. The project gained the national two-star green building identifier and provided a reference to the similar green building project in the future.
