推陈与出新——老校区中旧建筑改建的方法探讨

高校老校区的地域与环境成就其浓厚的历史内涵和文化底蕴,也制约其适应新时代规模发展和环境承载能力。如何在历史与发展中求平衡、实现功能的新陈代谢,是校园建设值得探讨的课题。通过对浙江大学玉泉老校区两栋学生宿舍的改建,从通廊式低层宿舍改建成单元式多层宿舍的实例,探索出一条在不变中求变化的建筑设计新思路;引导建筑师通过可持续发展的理念,在制约中求发展,形成与时俱进、推陈出新的创意。

Geographic location and environmental condition of university＇s old campuses achieved its deep historical connotation and cultural background, but also restricted the scale development to adapt to the new era and environmental carrying capacity. How to seek balance in history and development, and how to achieve functional metabolism, is worth discussing on campus renovation. Through an example of Zhejiang University Yuquan campus 2 student dormitories renovation, which turned these 2 dormitories from corridor low-rise apartments to unit multi-storey apartment, explore the possibility of constant change and new ideas for building design; lead architect form in the concept of sustainable development, strive for the development in the constraints, keep pace with the times and innovation ideas.
