历史文化名村保护设施改善对策研究——以山西省晋城市泽州县西黄石历史文化名村为例

Protection Facility Improvement Countermeasures of Historical and Cultural Villages:Taking Xihuangshi Historic and Cultural Village, Zezhou County, Jincheng City, Shanxi Province as an Example

在历史文化名村的保护和发展中,保护设施对历史文化遗产的保护、居民日常生活和村落发展都具有重要作用。该文在西黄石历史文化名村保护设施现状调研和保护设施建设可行性研究的基础上,首先从道路、给排水、电力电信、能源采暖和环境风貌五个方面分析西黄石村保护设施存在的问题;然后在"修旧如旧"、"保护发展相结合"的原则下,根据实际情况,确定了西黄石历史文化名村保护设施建设的具体内容,进而从"以道路为核心的村落基础设施建设"、"环境整治"、"消防设施"三个方面探讨了西黄石村保护设施建设的具体方法;最后结合西黄石村保护设施改善对策的研究,引发对历史文化名村的保护设施建设的一些思考。

On the protection and development of historical and cultural villages, protection facility is of significance to historical and cultural heritage protection, residents＇ life and villages＇ development. Based on the investigation of Xihuangshi historical and cultural village and feasibility research of its protection facility, we firstly analyze the existing problems in terms of roads, water supply and drainage, electrical power and telecommunication, heating and environmental features. Then, based on principles of ＂restoration as the past＂ and ＂combination of protection and development＇＇, we present contents of protection facility improvement, and put forward construction methods of ＂based on road reconstruction of village infrastructure＂, ＂environment renovation＂ and ＂fire facilities＂. Finally, we explore the construction of historical and cultural villages＇ protection facility.
