摘要
以桂林市临桂新区国际城市综合体项目定位研究为例,对桂林地区酒店、商业、写字楼和住宅进行了系统的分析和定位,以期有效解决该地区项目定位的实际运用问题,提高其投资效益和城建水平。
Taking the positioning research on Guilin Lingui international city complex project as an example, this paper made system analysis and positioning to hotel, commercial, office and residential in Guilin district, in order to solve the actual application problem of project positio- ning in the area, improved its investment benefit and urban construction level.
