倒链提升法拼装及吊装弧面球形网架技术应用

On application of chain hoist lifting method and lifting cambered surface spherical net rack

结合工作实践经验,介绍了倒链提升法拼装及吊装弧面球形网架技术在高铁客运站的应用情况,阐述了网架的拼装、焊接和吊装要点,并通过同类工程对比研究,指出弧面球形网架采用散装法拼装,全部拼装完成后再整体吊装的方法,不但节约了成本,而且安全可靠。

Combining with the working experience,the paper introduces the application of the chain hoist lifting method and lifting cambered surface spherical net rack in high speed railway stations,illustrates the assembly,welding and suspension points of the net rack,and points out the cambered surface spherical net rack can adopt the bulk assembly method and the integrated assembly can be done after the full assembly by comparative study with similar projects,so it is cost-saving,safe and reliable.
