摘要 通过对沉降剂种类、投加量、搅拌时间、搅拌速度的研究,针对不同种类的废弃泥浆确定了不同的减量化工艺,通过该工艺处理之后得出:粘土质废弃泥浆1含水率从81%降至64%,体积缩小为处理前的53%;砂质废弃泥浆2含水率从63.9%降至51.8%,体积缩小为处理前的75%;废弃砂质泥浆3含水率从89.4%降至67.9%,体积缩小为处理前的33%。 According to the research on the sinking agent classification, dosage, mixing time and mixing speed, the paper identifies the various reduction crafts of different waste mud, concludes after the craft treatment that the moisture content of clay waste mud 1 is lowered from 81% to 64% and its volume is reduced to 53% of the one before the treatment; the moisture content of clay waste mud 2 is lowered from 63.9% to 58.1% and its volume is reduced to 75% of the one before the treatment; the moisture content of clay waste mud 3 is lowered from 89.4% to 67.9% and its volume is reduced to 33% of the one before the treatment.
