According to the adoption of the intelligent engineering professional prime contracting management,the paper applies the program management theories and knowledge system to undertake the program management and control on the intelligent project from the aims,plan,pro-gress,construction,quality,safety,investment,and subcontract,so as to complete the large-scale and complicated intelligent projects.
