摘要
针对胜利油田沙营污水处理厂曝气生物滤池主体工艺,处理城市污水产生的脱水污泥,全面分析其基本性质、营养物质、重金属、危险污染物和热值等特性指标;并结合污泥利用的国家标准及当地的土壤背景值,探讨污泥进一步处置利用的对策和资源化利用的可行性。研究结果表明,脱水污泥营养物质含量较高,重金属等污染物含量较低,且含水率降至50%以下时热值可达到5 000 J/g以上。
The basic properties, nutrients, heavy metals, hazardous pollutants and calorific value were comprehensively analyzed for dewater sludge of BAF from Shaying Wastewater Plant, Water Supply Company of Shengli Oil Field. In order to make a further understanding of sludge disposal countermeasures and the feasibility of recycling, the sludge characteristics and local soil background values were compared with the Chinese national standards. The results showed that the contents nutrients are higher and the contents heavy metals are lower in dewater sludge, calorific value may reach more than 5 000 J/g when moisture content is below 50% in sludge.
