基于漳河防汛现状,从防汛组织、防汛物料、技术储备及巡查条件等方面分析了漳河防汛与抢险存在的问题。面对漳河防汛与抢险的现实情况和新特点,从河务主管部门的角度出发,探讨了抢险技术科研、技术储备、防洪工程数据库建设、堤防日常养护及防汛力量等提高漳河防汛抢险能力的对策。

Based on the flood control situation, the problems of flood control and emergency of Zhang River are analyzed in terms of flood control organization, flood control materials, technical reserves and inspection conditions. Facing reality and new features, the countermeasures such as the technical research, technical reserves, flood control projects database construction, routine maintenance and flood control team and others are discussed from the perspective of the river traffic authorities.
