摘要
自20世纪中叶以来脱口秀节目逐渐被大众接受并越来越受到观众的喜爱,《艾伦秀》是美国最受欢迎的脱口秀节目之一。预设是语言学,特别是语用学中一个重要的日益引起人们关注的领域,由于自身的特点及功用,预设经常被大量应用于脱口秀节目中。从语用预设的角度分析脱口秀节目的语言运用,指出了四种语用预设在脱口秀中的应用和语用预设在脱口秀中的功能,以期帮助人们更好地理解脱口秀语言。
TV talk shows have been favored by more and more audiences since 1950s. ＂The Ellen Degeneres Show＂ is one of the most popular talk shows in America. Pragmatic Presupposition increasingly arouses more and more attention among linguists, which is applied frequently in talk shows. This paper analyses the application of pragmatic presupposition in talk show and finds out the four types of pragmatic presupposition as well as its function in talk show to help audiences appreciate talk show better.
