摘要
本文针对led灯的散热设计而进行cfd,在solidworks的环境下对led灯进行三维特征建模,装配,采用无缝集成的流体分析软件flow simulation,对整个led模型进行有限体积分的网格划分,温度分布分析和探测,以及参数化的研究。让工程师提前预知产品的缺陷,直观清楚地看到散热效果,优化散热结构。从而缩短产品上市时间,降低成本,组建企业led的仿真实验室。
This paper and CFD thermal design for LED lamp, 3D feature modeling, the LED lamp in SolidWorks under the environment of the assembly, the seamless integration of the fluid analysis software flow, simulation, finite integral to the entire led mesh partition, temperature distribution analysis and detection, and a parametric study.
