《温疫论》中“下后诸症”辨析

Differentiate and Analyse of "Syndromes after Purgation" on Plague Diseases

攻下祛邪是明末医家吴又可《温疫论》中的重要学术思想,其"下后诸症"是攻下法学术思想的重要组成部分。为全面认识和理解《温疫论》攻下学术思想,本文从下后顺证、下后再下证、下后虚证三个方面总结《温疫论》中的"下后诸症",探讨吴又可对使用下法后所见各种症状的辨治方法。

Eliminate pathogenic under purgation method is an important academic idea on Plague Diseases written by Wu Youke, ＂syndromes after purgation＂ plays an important constituent part in purgation method academic idea of Wu Youke. In order to comprehensively understand the academic idea of purgation method on Plague Diseases, this article summarized ＂syndromes after purgation＂ on Plague Diseases in three aspects： syndrome with good prognosis after purgation method, purgation syndrome after purgation method and deficiency syndrome after purgation method, then we discussed the syndrome differentiation method of Wu Youke in different syndromes after purgation method.
