贝前列素钠联合糖皮质激素治疗狼疮肾炎患者蛋白尿和血尿的临床观察

Effects of Beraprost Sodium Combined with Glucocorticoid on Proteinuria and Hematuria in Patients with Lupus Nephritis

目的观察贝前列素钠联合糖皮质激素对狼疮肾炎(LN)患者蛋白尿和血尿的治疗作用。方法将确诊为LN的30例患者,随机分为观察组15例,给予标准剂量的泼尼松片(1 mg/kg·d)、加用贝前列素钠片40μg,3次/d;对照组15例,单用标准剂量的泼尼松片(1 mg/kg·d)。两组均以2周为1个疗程。观察两组治疗前后的血清补体C3、C4、尿红细胞计数、24 h尿蛋白等指标的变化。结果观察组治疗后血清补体C3、C4、尿红细胞计数、24 h尿蛋白与治疗前比较均显著改善(P<0.01);其中,治疗后24 h尿蛋白、尿红细胞计数与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论贝前列素钠联合糖皮质激素治疗狼疮肾炎,有较好的辅助降低尿蛋白排泄和减轻尿红细胞计数的作用,对LN有治疗作用。

Objective To observe the effects of beraprost sodium combined with glucocorticoid on proteinuria and hematuria in patients with lupus nephritis（LN）. Methods 30patients with lupus nephritis were randomly divided into routine glucocorticoid treatment group（15 cases） and beraprost sodium combined with glucocorticoid treatment group（15 cases）.The changes of serum complement 3 and 4, urine red blood cell count and 24 hours urine protein were observed before and after the treatment. Results After treatment, the indicators of beraprost sodium combined with glucocorticoid treatment group were improved significantly（P〈0.01）, the urine red blood cell count and 24 hour urine protein were significant difference with control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Beraprost sodium combined with glucocorticoid in patients with lupus nephritis（LN） can significantly reduce the levels of the urine red blood cell count and24 hours urine protein and has protective effect on LN.
