北五味子的水溶性化学成分

STUDIES ONTHE CHEMICAL CONSTITUENTS OF SCHIZANDRA CHINENSIS

从北五味子 (Schisandra chinensis)果实的水溶性部位得到 8个已知化合物 ,经波谱分析确定其结构分别为 :原儿茶酸 (protocatechuic acid1) ,奎尼酸 (quinic acid) ,柠檬酸单甲酯 (2 - m ethyl citrate,3) ,5 -羟甲基 - 2 -糠醛 (5 - hydroxymethyl- 2 - furancarboxaldehyde4) ,4- (3 -甲氧基 - 4 -羟基 -苯基 ) - 2 -丁酮 - 4 - O- β-D-吡喃葡萄糖甙 (zingerone glucoside5 ) ,2 -异丙基 - 5 -甲基 - 1,4-苯二酚 1- O- β- D-吡喃葡萄糖甙 (thym o-quinol2 - glucoside6 ) ,2 -甲基 - 5 -异丙基 - 1,4-苯二酚 1- O- β- D-吡喃葡萄糖甙 (thym oquinol5 - glucoside7)和胡萝卜甙 (daucosterol8)

Eight known compounds,protocatechuic acid(1),quinic acid(),2 methyl citrate(3),5 hydroxymethyl 2 furancarboxaldehyde(4),zingerone glucoside(5),thymoquinol 2 glucoside(6),thymoquinol 5 glucoside(7),and daucosterol(8)were isolated from the fruits of Schisandra chinensis .Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic evidence(IR,NMR,MS,etc),respectively.
