摘要
以樟湖库区大桥深水桩基施工为工程背景,提出了一种适用于深水库区施工的专用工程浮箱的设计理论——综合设计法.综合设计法首先综合利用各领域规范,完成箱体构件设计;再利用有限元分析软件,对箱体在各工况下的变形、应力分布情况进行分析,验证设计是否合理;最后,将可靠性理论引入专用浮箱设计,通过可靠指标与失效概率之间的关系评价浮箱抵抗风险能力.文章有效解决了多功能浮箱无法满足深水桩基施工水上平台要求的难题.
Based on the foundation construction of Zhang-Hu reservoir bridge in deep-water,a design theory of dedicated engineering pontoon for the construction of reservoir region—Integrated Design was proposed.With the utilization of norms in warious fields,the design of component of pontoon was completed in integrated design; then,using the finite element analysis software,the distribution of deformation and stress of the pontoon was analyzed; finally,the reliability theory was used to the design of dedicated engineering pontoon,and evaluated the ability of pontoon to resist risks through the relationship between the reliable indicator and the failure probability.It was effectively solved the problm that versatile pontoon could not satisfy the requirements of floating platforms to the foundation construction in deep-water.
