聚乙烯醇层对纳米银树枝复合材料光电性能的影响

The Effects of Polyvinyl Alcohol Layer on Photoelectric Properties of Nano Silver Dentritic Composite Material

摘要 利用双平板电极电化学沉积法与浸渍提拉法在ITO玻璃基底上制备银树枝+聚乙烯醇+银树枝结构复合材料。探索电压、电解液配比等沉积条件对制备银树枝结构单元的大小、分布、结构的影响;调控提拉参数制备不同厚度的聚乙烯醇介质层;通过扫描电子显微镜和分光光度计研究了聚乙烯醇层的厚度与平整度对复合材料中第二层银树枝的生长及其光学特性的影响。 A kind of composite material consisting of silver dentritic nanostructure + polyvinyl alcohol film + silver dentritic nanostructure was prepared via double plate electrode electrochemical deposition and dipping coating method on an ITO glass. The influences of the voltage and proportion of the electrolyte on the size, distribution, and the structure of silver dentritic cells were investigated, respectively. By varying the parameters of dip coater, polyvi- nyl alcohol medium layers with different thicknesses were obtained. The effects of the thicknesses and roughness of the polyvinyl alcohol layers on the growth of the second layer of silver dentritic cells and optical properties of the com- posite material were studied by using scanning electron microscope and spectrophotometer, respectively.
