摘要
测定了季戊四醇丙烯醛树脂固化体系在不同温度及催化剂含量下的粘度随时间变化数据,研究了催化剂用量和温度对固化过程中的粘度影响规律,提出了一种修正阿累尼乌斯模型,该模型可同时揭示固化反应过程中催化剂用量和温度对体系粘度变化的影响规律。研究表明,修正阿累尼乌斯模型与实验结果具有良好的一致性。阿累尼乌斯模型可为制定和改进热固性树脂体系固化工艺提供必要的参考和依据。
The effect of temperature and catalyst on viscosity of acrolein-pentaerythritol resin was studied. Based on analyzing the curing characteristics of the resin system and the non-isothermal viscosity curves, a pseudo-Ar- rhenius model was estabilished. The model could be used to indicate the regularity of viscosity change which is inf- luenced by the content of the catalyst and temperature. It is shown that, the estimated viscosity of the model was in good agreement with the experiments. The viscosity model is important for processing simulation and process parame- ters prediction of composite manufacturing.
