化工用TA2高温拉伸力学性能研究 被引量:3

摘要 对工业纯钛TA2在高温(300~900℃)情况下的拉伸力学性能进行实验研究.通过对比分析300℃(1 s-1、0.1s-1、0.01 s-1)和800℃(0.05 s-1、0.1s-1、0.5s-1)时TA2在不同应变速率下的真应力-真应变曲线,发现随着应变速率的增大,最大抗拉强度增强,弹性模量呈现上升趋势,且800℃时的上升趋势更明显.此外,通过对应变速率为0.1s-1时TA2在300~900℃区间内的真应力-真应变曲线进行分析,发现随着温度的升高,其最大抗拉强度和弹性模量均呈现衰减的趋势,且在500~600℃时出现大幅下降趋势. The mechanical property of TA2 at the temperature stage of 300-- 900 ℃ were studied. At first, true stress-true strain curves of TA2 at 300 ℃ corresponding 1 s-: ,0. 1 s : ,0. 01 s 1 strain rate and at 800 ℃ corresponding 0. 5 s-1 ,0. 1 s-1 ,0. 05 s-1 were studied. The conclusion was obtained about that when the strain rate in- creasing, the tensile strength was increasing. At the second, when the strain rate was 0. 1 s-1 ,the temperature increasing from 300 ℃ to 900 ℃, the tensile strength was decreasing. And the tensile strength dropped significantly at the temperature of 500--600 ℃. At last, from the true stress-true strain curves, the modulus of elasticity for TA2 at different strain rates and different temperatures were analyzed.
