摘要
在给定行程速比系数、摆角、摇杆尺寸的设计条件下,通过分析建立了Ⅰ,Ⅱ型曲柄摇杆机构最小传动角γmin与相对杆长a的函数方程及a的变化区间。应用MATLAB软件编写相关程序就可获得Ⅰ,Ⅱ型曲柄摇杆机构最小传动角γmin具有最大值的最优传动性能精确解,解决了在此设计条件下曲柄摇杆机构不易获得最小传动角γmin为最大值的最优传动性能解的设计问题,并通过实例验证此设计方法的正确与实用。
In condition that the time ratio, tih angle and size of the rocker design are given, the functional equation of types Ⅰ and Ⅱ crank rocker mechanism minimum transmission angle γmin with rod ratio a as well as rod ratio a change intervals were estab- lished by analysis. Applying MATLAB software to compile proce- dures can be obtain the precise solution for types Ⅰ and Ⅱ crank rocker mechanism eith minimum transmission angle γmin but maxi- mum transmission performance, the design conditions as the mini- mum transmission angle γmin is impossible to obtain optimal design solutions for maximum drive performance was solved,and this de- sign method is verified through examples of correct and practical.
