摘要
轮毂是汽车承载的重要部件,其内在质量关系到汽车行驶过程中的平稳性、安全性和舒适性.随着人们对行车安全、节能和环保等方面要求的不断提高,以及制造工艺技术的日益进步,在保证轮毂实用性能的前提下,轮毂的造型结构与材质都发生了较大变化.更重要的是轮毂的造型还能影响人们对车辆外观的评价以及购买欲望.首先阐述了汽车轮毂的发展史,再从大众品牌旗下产品高尔夫轿车轮毂的造型形态入手,针对轮辐的变化,分别以时间和排量为方向进行了对比分析,探讨了大众高尔夫轿车轮毂的造型,并用Ansys对部分轮毂进行结构分析.最后,根据现有大众高尔夫"战斧"轮毂的造型进行其延续型的设计.
The wheel hub is an important part of a car .Its inner quality is related to the stabil-ity ,safety and comfort in the running process of the car .With the development of manufac-turing technology ,and the increasingly higher requirement on the train operation safety ,en-ergy saving and environmental protection ,the modeling structure and manufacturing material has changed greatly ,on the premise of guaranteeing the practical performance of hub .In par-ticular ,the model of w heel hub also can control evaluation of the vehicle appearance and a de-sire to buy it .This article describes the history of automobile wheels .According to the wheel′s modeling form of the car that under the brand of Volkswagen ,as well as the change ana-lyzed in time and displacement for the direction of the spokes in ,the article analyze the mod-eling of Volkswagen Golf car wheel hub .And analysis part of the Golf wheel hub structure by Ansys .Based on the modeling of “tomahawk”wheel type ,we design a continuous type as a practice .
