软骨寡聚基质蛋白对膝骨关节炎的诊断价值研究

摘要 目的测定膝骨关节炎(OA)患者血清和关节液中软骨寡聚基质蛋白(COMP)水平,探讨是否对OA有诊断价值及是否与临床及影像学的表现相符合。方法选取40例患有原发性膝OA伴有关节积液(男16,女24)的患者作为OA组,20例(男6,女14)患有创伤后关节积液的患者作为对照组。所有患者均进行充分的临床和放射学评估,COMP通过ELISA法测定。结果 OA组血清及关节液中COMP水平明显高于对照组,OA患者血清中和关节液中COMP水平与年龄、体重指数、疾病持续时间、平片及MR积分呈正相关,但与临床疾病参数关系不大。结论COMP在OA诊断中有重要价值,有可能对监测软骨损害和不同治疗反应有用。 Objective To determination of knee osteoarthritis (OA) cartilage oligomeric matrix protein in serum and synovial fluid in patients with (COMP) level, to see whether there is a value in the diagnosis of OA and whether the clinical and imaging features of match. Methods A total of 40 patients with primary knee OA with joint effusion (16 male, 24 female) participated in the study, 20 patients (male 6, female 14) suffering from post-traumatic joint effusion as control group. All patients underwent clinical and radiologic evaluation well, COMP was determined by ELISA method. Results The level of COMP in serum and synovial fluid in 0A group was significantly higher than that in control group, COMP in the serum and synovial fluid levels and age, body mass index, disease duration in patients with OA time, plain film and MR integral was positively correlated, but not the relationship and clinical disease parameters. Conclusion COMP has important value in the diagnosis of OA, it is possible to monitor the cartilage damage and the different treatment responses in useful.
