临床护理路径应用对精神分裂症患者效果观察

Clinical nursing path application effect observed in patients with schizophrenia

目的探讨临床护理路径(CNP)应用对精神分裂症患者的效果观察。方法 120例住院精神分裂症患者分为观察组和对照组,每组60例。观察组应用CNP对患者进行护理,对照组采用传统护理方法,临床观察为期4个月,患者的社会功能由个人和社会功能量表(PSP)评估,采用住院护士观察量表、阳性和阴性症状量表评估患者的症状,两组各因子得分与入组时相比,观察改善现状。结果第120天时,PANSS总分、阴性症状、病理因素及一般症状方面比较,观察组较对照组显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但两组之间的阳性症状无显著差异(P>0.05)。观察组患者入组第120天NOSIE及PSP总分较对照组明显增加,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用CNP可以改善精神分裂症患者的社会功能及阴性症状,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical nursing path （CNP） applied effect is observed in patients with schizophrenia. Methods A total of 120 patients were divided into observation group and control group in the hospital patients with schizophrenia. 60 cases each group. Observation group application CNP diameter to nursing care of patients, control group adopts the traditional nursing method, clinical observation period of 4 months, the application of positive and negative symptoms scale, hospitalized patients with nurses observation scale to assess the patient＇s symptoms, the personal and social function scale （PSP） to assess the patient＇s social function, compared two groups of patients into the group of the 120th day of PANSS and total scores of each factor points, NOSIE and PSP to improve the situation. Results observation group of patients into the group of 120 days, the PANSS scores, negative symptoms and general pathological symptoms of factor score significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈O.05）, and positive symptom factor points, there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups（P〉 0.05）. Observation group patients into the 120th day NOSIE and P S P scores than the control group increased significantly, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Application of CNP can improve the negative symptoms of schizophrenia patients, and the social function, worthy of clinical popularization and applica- tion.
