健康教育对老年股骨粗隆间骨折内固定术后并发症的影响

The influence of health education on complications of efixation in trea tment of elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture

目的 探讨采用健康教育对老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者干预后的临床效果.方法 回顾性分析2012年7月～2013年9月来我院治疗的157例股骨粗隆间骨折患者的临床资料,均采用内固定术治疗,按照入院顺序将患者分为两组,对照组79例,实施常规护理,观察组78例,在常规护理的基础上实施健康教育,比较两组患者临床优良率、并发症发生率、骨折愈合时间及住院时间、生活自理能力与行走能力优良率.结果 观察组的临床愈合优良率为89.7％,对照组为72.2％,两组差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.观察组的并发症总发生率与对照组比较较低,骨折愈合时间及住院时间与对照组比较均较短,生活自理能力与行走能力优良率与对照组比较较高,差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 采用内固定术对股骨粗隆间骨折治疗后实施常规护理及健康教育干预能够使临床康复效率显著提高,并发症发生率显著降低,有利于患者远期治疗效果的提高.

Objective To investigate the effect of health education for elderly patients with intertrochanteric fractures after the intervention. Methods The clinical data of 157 cases with intertrochanteric fracture selected from July 2012 to September 2013 in our hospital were retrospective analyzed, all of them were treated with the fixation, in accordance with the order of admission, patients were divided into two groups, there were 79 cases in the control group, they were treated with routine care, there were 78 cases in the observation group, they were treated with health education on the basis of routine care, the clinical excellent rate, the complications incidence, healing time and hospital stay time, living skills and the ability to walk good rate of two groups were compared. Results The clinical excellent rate of the observation group was 89.7% ,the control group was 72.2% ,there were significant differences between two groups （P〈 0.05）. The complications incidence of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, fracture healing time and hospital stay time were shorter than that of the control group, self-care ability and excellent ability to walk rate was higher than that of the control group, there were significant differences（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Fixation for intertroehanteric fractures after implementing routine care and health education interventions can make clinical rehabilitation efficiency improved significantly, significantly reduced the incidence of complications, is conducive to the improvement of long-term treatment of patients.
