With the modern society entering into the ＂micro era＂ , the ＂micro＂ carrier provides a new opportunity to innovate the Ideological and Political Education of college students. Colleges should innovate in the forms of Ideological and Political Education by using ＂micro＂ carrier technique and putting up some platforms for college students such as micro blog, micro message, micro film, and micro activities, so as to improve the effectiveness of Ideological and Political Education.
