论教练技术指导下学生学习主体地位的实现——以思想政治理论课为例

摘要 "以人为本"的教育理念要求在教学活动中尊重教师和学生的双边主体性,教师的主体性服务于学生,学生作为学习的主体,要想真正实现主体性地位,还需要实现自身的转变。在教练技术的指导下,学生通过思维方式、学习心态等方面的改变,掌握学习的主动权,从而实现自身的主体地位。 "People-oriented" education philosophy requires respect for bilateral subjectivity of teachers and students in the teaching activities. The subject of the teacher is to serve their students, and as the subject of learning, students need to realize their changes if they want to realize their subjective status. Under the guidance of coach's technology, they can realize their own subjective status through the development of thinking way and learning attitude.
