The application of lichtenstein technique in inguinal hernia repair in community hospital

目的：总结李金斯坦疝修补术（Lichtenstein）在基层医院应用的经验和体会。方法回顾性分析2012年1月至2013年12月，江苏省泗阳仁慈医院开展Lichtenstein手术治疗腹股沟疝的123例（139侧），总结手术时间、并发症发生率及复发情况。结果手术时间45∽69 min，平均（51．3±19．6）min。术后住院时间2∽10 d，平均（3．8±1．7）d。术中无明显出血，无输精管或精索损伤。术后浅表切口感染4例，发生腹股沟区及阴囊肿胀11例，术后1个月阴囊肿胀基本消失，无触痛、压痛等疼痛不适。术后6个月5例（4．07％）仍诉有患侧腹股沟区疼痛，均未行进一步治疗。术后6个月4例（3．25％）诉偶有异物不适感出现，对工作生活劳动无明显影响。术后随访1∽6个月，无一例复发。结论 Lichtenstein手术行腹股沟疝修补术安全、疗效确切，创伤较小，术后感染少，适宜在基层医院广泛展开。

Objective To summarize the experience of Lichtenstein hernia repair technique in community hospital.Methods The clinical data of 1 23 cases （1 39 sides）of inguinal hernia in Jiang Su SiYang RenCi Hospital from January 201 2 to December 201 3 were retrospectively analyzed.The operation time,complication rate and recurrence were investigated.Results All the patients were successfully performed with the Lichtenstein technique,with the operation time of （51 .3 ±1 9.6） minutes. The postoperative hospital stay was 2 to 1 0 days,mean （3.8 ±1 .7）days.There were no significant bleeding,no vas deferens or spermatic cord injuried druing operation.4 cases of postoperative superficial wound infection was observed,and there were 1 1 cases of inguinal-scrotal swelling without tenderness or discomfort.After 6 months,5 patients （4.07%）still complainted about inguinal pain,no further treatment;and 4 patients （3.25%） had occasional discomfort that did not significantly interfere with daily life.There was no recurrence in the duration of follow-up of 1 to 6 months.Conclusion Lichtenstein hernia repair techniqueis a safe,simple and effective method for inguinal hernia,which should be widely performedespecially in community hospitals.
